Estimado Compañero y Hermano, Juan Castillo, Secretario General del Partido Comunista del Uruguay; hermanas y hermanos de la Dirección del PCU, hermanas y hermanos militantes que hoy se reúnen para conmemorar los cien años de valientes luchas en contra de la explotación capitalista, el imperialismo, la discriminación, la injusticia social y la inequidad; artificios creados y promovidos por aquellos que siempre han pretendido dominar y subyugar a nuestros pueblos, que tanto reclaman paz, felicidad, libertad, justicia, desarrollo y buen vivir.
Reciban el abrazo fraterno de la Dirección y Militancia del Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, del Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y de la compañera Rosario Murillo Zambrana, con el reconocimiento del Pueblo Heroico de Sandino, que abraza y saluda el centenario glorioso del partido comunista de uruguay.
Al alcanzar los cien años de lucha a favor del pueblo uruguayo, el pueblo de Nicaragua y el FSLN, se enorgullecen al reconocer y celebrar la memoria y legado histórico de todos los héroes, heroínas y mártires del PCU, que hicieron el máximo sacrificio a favor del Pueblo y la Patria. ¡honor y gloria a cada uno de ellos!
En este centenario enfrentamos las nuevas agresiones del imperialismo, que intenta imponer su hegemonía aplicando todas las formas de agresión, que intenta negar la realidad de la voluntad soberana de los Pueblos que vienen estableciendo un nuevo orden mundial multilateral.
La Revolución Popular Sandinista libra esta nueva etapa de lucha fortaleciendo la democracia popular y participativa, la unidad latinoamericana y caribeña, la defensa de la Revolución Cubana, de la Revolución Bolivariana, y el fortalecimiento de las relaciones con todos los Pueblos en la defensa de la Paz, Soberanía Nacional, Auto-determinación e Independencia; y el Desarrollo Humano enfocado en la erradicación de la pobreza, el crecimiento económico con justicia social y la armonía con la naturaleza.
Queridos hermanos y hermanas del Partido Comunista de Uruguay, en esta conmemoración del centenario los sandinistas nos sentimos unidos a sus luchas y defendiendo nuestros Principios, convencidos de que ni nos vendemos, ni nos rendimos, y que alcanzaremos nuevas victorias.

Dear Comrade and Brother, Juan Castillo, Secretary General of the Communist Party of Uruguay; Sisters and Brothers of the PCU Directorate, Sisters and Brothers Members, who gather today to commemorate one hundred years of brave struggles against capitalist exploitation, imperialism, discrimination, social injustice and inequality; artifices created and promoted by those who have always sought to dominate and subjugate our Peoples that clamor for Peace, Happiness, Freedom, Justice, Development and Good Living.
Receive the Fraternal Embrace of the Directorate and Membership of the Sandinista National Liberation Front, from Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Comrade Rosario Murillo Zambrana, with the recognition of the Heroic People of Sandino, who embrace and salute the Glorious Centenary of the Communist Party of Uruguay.
Upon reaching one hundred years of struggle in favor of the Uruguayan People, the People of Nicaragua and the FSLN, are proud to recognize and celebrate the memory and historical legacy of all the Heroes, Heroines and Martyrs of the PCU, who made the maximum sacrifice for their People and their Country. Honor and Glory to each of them!
In this Centenary we face the new aggressions of Imperialism, which tries to impose its hegemony, applying all forms of aggression, attempting to deny the reality of the sovereign will of our Peoples who have been establishing a New Multilateral World Order.
The Sandinista Popular Revolution wages this new stage of struggles, strengthening Popular and Participatory Democracy, Latin American and Caribbean Unity, the defense of the Cuban Revolution, of the Bolivarian Revolution, and strengthening our relations with all Peoples in defense of Peace, National Sovereignty, Self-determination and Independence; Human Development, with a focus on eradicating poverty and ensuring economic growth with Social Justice and in harmony with Nature.
Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Communist Party of Uruguay, in this Centennial Commemoration, we Sandinistas feel united in your struggles, defending our Principles and convinced that We Never Sell Out nor Give Up, and that we will achieve New Victories.
